Q. Will there be any fee incurred to change the delivery date?

There will be no fee if the order is not yet processed and you inform us 8 working hours prior to your selected delivery date. Our operation hours: Monday to Friday at 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, except public holidays. Otherwise, a S$10.00 redelivery fee will be imposed for each failed delivery.
