Q. I ordered wrongly, can I return the item?

If you wish to return any delivered items you ordered wrongly, there will be an administration fee of S$10.00.  The returned item must be in its original condition, in its original box and/or packaging, and not used or unopened.

You must contact us within seven (7) days from your delivery date at support@pets-global.sg.
