Unfold and place the pad, plastic side down in an area away from your dog's bed and food.
Place your dog on the pad several times so he can get used to it.
When your dog has relieved himself on the pad, reward him with praise and treats.
If your dog is accidentally relieved outside the Potty Pad, bring him back to the pad immediately.
Dispose of soiled pads and replace them as needed.
